What is JetSpot Fiber ?
JetSpot Networks was founded in 2015 and JetSpot Fiber is a part of JetSpot Networks. Initially, we provided ultra high-speed Internet service to apartments. Now we are also trying to extend our fiber-optic network directly to independent homes and businesses.
How fast is JetSpot Fiber ?
JetSpot Fiber will deliver Internet speeds of up to 100Mbps. That’s more than 100 times faster than what most Indians have access to today. JetSpot Fiber Plans are same as regular broadband plans and you get the speed as per the regular broadband contention ratio and the plan you choose.
How much does it cost ?
JetSpot Fiber is accomplished with three types of technology : FTTH or FTTC or FTTB.
The last mile may be fiber or ethernet depending on the feasibility.

For apartments less than 50 customers ready to subscribe in one go :
Installation costs only ₹1500 + GST 18% and its non-refundable.

For apartments more than 50 customers ready to subscribe in one go :
Installation costs only ₹500 + GST 18% and its non-refundable.

NOTE : Free 30 meters cable is auto approved for each installation. Anything extra costs 10 INR + 28% GST (in case of GST Invoice) per meter post the free 30 meter limit.
Does it come with a Wireless Router ?
NO, but you may buy a wireless router from outside market.
How will the Fiber power our apartment ?
JetSpot will plan the deployment and delivery mode upon complete survey of the apartment.

We use FTTB technology to reach the customer end.

Fiber reaches the apartment and then the last mile customers are connected over 2 pair CAT5 cable.


JetSpot wont be responsible for any electricity issues at the apartment. Customer will need to get in touch with apartment supervisor or officials for anything related to electricity to jetspot node.

Can you commit a download speed or streaming speed ?
NO, we cannot and we dont. Broadband doesnt come with any kind of commitment. Rest assured, we are the best in town and awarded as the 8th Fastest ISP in India by NDTV India. Our support ends at www.speedtest.net result, provided the host server is selected as JetSpot Networks on the Ookla speedtest webpage and you are on LAN, not over WiFi.
How do I make my payments ?
Customer portal – http://login.jetspot.in . You may login anytime, and make your payment online. You may download your invoices directly from your user portal as well.
How does your billing work ?
Our billing cycle is 30 days and its a prepaid service.
We bill for services and require payment a month in advance.

Is JetSpot Fiber Available for my apartment ?
Fill the form here and we will check if your apartment is already having our fiber termination box or not. If not, then one of our representative will visit your officials and get the approval.Once we see significant number of registrations from the apartment, we will go ahead with the deployment.
How can I get JetSpot Fiber?” That’s a question we get several times a day.
Well, its very easy! Your apartment or society needs to approach us via an email or phone call and ask for the JetSpot Fiber integration. Our survey team will do their survey for the deployment.

Once we see a significant number of sign-ups in that apartment/society, we engineering team will determine deployment costs. The more the network costs us to build, the more customers we need to sign-up for service in that apartment/society, and vice versa.
How long will the installation take ?
Once we receive significant number of registration from your apartment we check if the area comes under our fiber network or not. If it does, then it takes 5-7 working days to deploy the fiber till the apartment. Once that is done, its just a matter of connecting cable to your unit.

But if your apartment is already powered by JetSpot Fiber node, then installation should happen within 24 hours or less.
What are the documents required ?
Identity Proof, Address Proof, Photo, Rent Agreement or Purchase Agreement.
What equipments goes in my house ?
Absolutely nothing. A cable directly comes from the terrace and goes into the Wireless Router. That simple!
Are the plans really unlimited ?
Yes, it is! Once you data limit is finished for the ultra high speed, you go into 100% full unlimited data transfer at FUP speeds.
Can I change my plan anytime ?
Yes! If you would like to change your plan in the middle of an active subscription, you will lose money. So, its always advisable to change your plan only when your current subscription ends. You may send the plan change request to support@jetspot.in
When should I contact my current Internet service provider to discontinue service with them?
We suggest you contact them no sooner than the day after your in-home installation. This will help you to make sure your services are not disconnected with them before your service with us starts.
How do I see my usage ?
Customer portal – http://login.jetspot.in . It will show your usage session based not day based. If you are looking to see your usage on daily basis, you will need to restart your device and router once in a day.
Will there be any downtime ?
Residential broadband is always on best-efforts!

If there is a fiber cut, the minimum downtime is 3-4 hours, but we are always right on it and we fix it much quicker. If there is a fiber cut in the late night hours, then it will be fixed next day only, since residential broadband doesnt come with any SLA.
If we have more than 50 customers in an apartment or society, we also deploy wireless backup for them, so even if the fiber gets cut, there wont be any downtime.

It come with ONU at your end with 1 year warranty (only technical issues are considered under 1 year free replacement warranty. If its damaged by any other means like water spill, or physical damage, or lightening , thundering, rain, short circuit, it wont be covered under the replacement warranty ).
 If it goes dead/broke after an year, you will need to purchase it from us for 2500 INR.
Will there be a contract or locking period ?
No. If you are not satisfied within first 30 days, we will refund you your 2500 INR (we are confident and the money back policy is only applicable for first 30 days). You may disconnect anytime after your current subscription ends.

Prepayment of pro-rated service charges along with installation fees may be charged after you receive confirmation of your in home installation appointment. What plan is good or me ?
First off, you need to make sure, you have chosen the correct Plan for you. If you have just gone ahead and subscribed to the lowest available plan and finished the data limit in less than 10 days, then its a mistake. So, choose a plan depending on your usage and not because its cheap.
If you are an avid YouTube or NetFlix user, you should chose any of the HOME HIGH Plans only.
Is JetSpot Fiber Available for my area ?
JetSpot Fiber for independent buildings depend on the area. Once we receive like 50+ requests from a particular colony or area, then we go ahead with the deployment. So, you have to fill this form here and we will get in touch with you once your are is eligible for the deployment.
How do I get JetSpot Fiber ?

Once we see a significant number of sign-ups in an area, we engineering team will determine deployment costs. The more the network costs us to build, the more customers we need to sign-up for service in that neighborhood, and vice versa.
We also deploy our construction resources to neighborhoods as efficiently as possible, so they can build the network and connect our customers over a short period of time. Once we’ve finished one neighborhood, we move on to the next area. This saves us money, and we pass that savings along to our customers.
How long will the installation take ?
Once we receive significant number of registration from your area we check if the area comes under our fiber network or not. If it does, then it takes 5-7 working days to deploy the fiber infrastucture for that area. If your area already has the fiber coverage, then it takes just few hours to get you online, once our team reaches you.
Does it come with a Wireless Router ?
No, you will need to purchase the router yourself from outside market.
What equipments goes in my house ?
Fiber Drop cable from your nearest Fiber Hub and the ONU.

What do I do if Im not satisfied with JetSpot Fiber ?
You may send us a ticket at www.jethelp.in and we will look into it. If, the query seem vague or out of scope to us, we would just go ahead and suggest you to disconnect from our services. You are free to look for any other ISP who is ready for your questions, which JetSpot denies in residential broadband.
