JetSpot Nitro Fiber will deliver Internet speeds of up to 100Mbps. That’s more than 100 times faster than what most Indians have access to today. We offer only 4 plans : 10Mbps, 30Mbps, 60Mbps, 100Mbps.
Lets say you are from a society/apartment which has more than 100+ families staying.
You need to fill the booking form and discuss the details with your society secretary and president. Once they are ready for the meeting with our manager, then we schedule the meeting.
We will hand over our brochure and agreement letter in the meeting.
Then the society needs to announce about JetSpot Nitro Fiber to all of theirs owners or tenants in society meeting.
Our managers will attend the meeting and they will be carrying the Registration Form with them.
All the interested customers have to fill the CAF and submit their documents and pay their installation amount of 2875 INR.
Once we have 100+ CAF filled and installation amount collected, then we start the deployment process.
It takes 10-15 working days depending on the feasibility of your society to set everything up.
The society has to dedicated secure space and 24×7 live electricity with backup to JetSpot Team.
Once the setup is done, then we start laying fiber to each house in the society and we start connecting one by one client and only collect their subscription payment. Subscription and installation both are non-refundable.
Your installation is non-refundable. And once you have paid for your subscription, its non-refundable too. So, no matter you use your service or not, you will be billed for the time you have paid, since its a prepaid service.
If you pay for quarterly (3 months), you get extra 15 days for FREE.
If you pay for half-yearly (6 months), you get extra 30 days for FREE.
If you pay for yearly (12 months), you get extra 60 days for FREE.
No, it doesnt but you can purchase it from us or online. NOTE : Normal Wi-Fi Home Routers cannot handle such high speeds, so in case you are someone who is very picky about speeds and uses everything over Wi-Fi, they should get Dual Band AC Router only.
Your society needs to assign a dedicated space for our network rack and devices and cabling, everything. The 24×7 electricity backup should be provided by the society as well. JetSpot is not liable to pay for any of those expenses. We are bringing the state of art high speed internet to you, so its the responsibilty of your society or apartment to support JetSpot for their network architecture.
Normally a 100Mbps Leased Line costs around 3L INR a month, while we are giving 100Mbps here for 1999 INR only and the reason is, we want people to experience the thrill, but staying within the network abuse limit only.
Its unlimited till a limit not to disturb our network. And the abuse limit is amazingly high, i.e, 600GB data transfer. A normal human cannot download 20GB of data in a day, so its like 600GB in a month and if someone does it, we consider it disturbing our network and we recommend them to upgrade to Fiber Business Plans. We dont allow Residential customers to abuse our network to that extent.
We donot give public static IP to any fiber broadband customers. If its really necessary and the customer has valid reasons for it, then we can assign it for the customer and it costs 300 INR per month for public static IP.

Broadband doesnt come with any kind of commitment. Rest assured, we are the best in town and awarded as the 8th Fastest ISP in India by NDTV India. Our support ends at www.speedtest.net result, provided the host server is selected as JetSpot Networks on the Ookla speedtest webpage.
We dont commit or promise anything for broadband, and no one does, if someone tells you, he is basically trying to get you as customer with some fake promises.
Rest assured, you should get more around 80% of your subscribed plan even during network clogged situations.
We dont commit or promise any speeds to any 3rd party websites or servers or torrents, whatever. You will get what your account is able to pull from the server you are downloading from. We just dont accept any complaints regarding this.
99.9999% FTTH is impossible to have any issues, unless there is a fiber cut in the curb or path of JetSpot Fiber Network. And we surely, take support tickets if any such issues, but if our tech team finds everything is perfect, then the ticket will closed with any more discussion or arguments.
Yes! If you would like to change your plan in the middle of an active subscription, you will lose money. So, its always advisable to change your plan only when your current subscription ends. You may send the plan change request to email@example.com
Customer portal – http://login.jetspot.in . You may login anytime, and goto MY PLAN > ACTIVATE/RENEW MY PLAN Tab, make your payment online. You may download your invoices directly from your user portal as well.
Our billing cycle is 30 days and its a prepaid service.
We bill for services and require payment a month in advance. Monthly invoices are emailed to you using the main email address you use to correspond with us. Prepayment of pro-rated service charges along with installation fees may be charged after you receive confirmation of your in home installation appointment. Further details will be provided you by our representative, if any.
Customer portal – http://login.jetspot.in . It will show your usage session based not day based. If you are looking to see your usage on daily basis, you will need to restart your device and router once in a day.
If there is a fiber cut between your society and our nearest node, the internet will get slow. The downtime depends on the time, until we fix it, but we are always right on it and we fix it much quicker.
We also deploy wireless backup for them, so even if the fiber gets cut, there wont be any downtime at the internet, although the internet will be slow while it works from the wireless backup.

You are free to look for any other ISP who is ready for your questions, which JetSpot denies in residential broadband.
