FYI – we dont allow customization on plans or rental or installation.
Interior Work is not within JetSpot Support or install scope.
Customer needs to pay the electrician or whoever does the interior cabling job if any.
JetSpot team will only get the cable ready till the common possible point in the house. Beyond that the customer needs to hire their own electrician or use our electrician and pay for his time and get it done.
Regular Installation only includes the device warranty for 1 year from the date of installation.
Hardware warranty and natural calamity warranty is of course not included whatsoever be its Flexi or Regular.
Refund (whoever eligible) is only processed once the device and adapter is submitted to JetSpot office in perfect working condition.
Rental Amount once paid are non-refundable / non-transferable / non-adjustable.
