In case you are not satisfied with JetSpot, you may apply for disconnection which will be done upon your current subscription expiry. With JetSpot we to keep it really simple!

For disconnection, there can be many reasons –
1. You are not satisfied with the service.
2. You are having signal issues.
3. You are moving to a new location which don’t have our signal.
4. You are moving to a new ISP.
5. You got transferred to some other city.
So the disconnection is really simple!
All you need to do is,
1. Fill this below form or Call our toll free number or send an email to and ask them for your disconnection with your reason.
2. Our team will reach in 24-72 hours and uninstall¬†the device, adapter and cables. Once the disconnection form is signed by you in front of our team, then your account will be officially closed and you won’t receive anymore invoice from our end.

If your account is eligible for any refund amount, kindly fill the bottom fields. (You may check your CAF KYC form to verify if your account is eligible for refundable amount or not, and the figure as well) . Also the bank account name has to match the same Jetspot account name, or it will be rejected.
NOTE : The refundable amount is credited to the above bank account within 24 -72 hours post the disconnection by JetSpot Team. Once the device, adapter cables everything is deposited and checked by our QA team, the refund amount will be processed directly to the bank account.
